Food was great and staff was even better! HUGE shout out to Margret at the front. I go to this location quite often and she always greets me with a big smile and gets me seated right away! She is awesome!!

This is one of those places that could be great-- if they could get they're act together. Please note, I'm not a foodie. Some people eat to enjoy different tastes and nuances of spices. I eat to fuel my body. Not that I don't like good food. But it isn't a passion of mine. So anyway, we ordered an appetizer; the spinach-feta dip. It comes with pita bread wedges. It was delicious. The herbs on the pita were great. Good choice. My GF ordered the Greek curly fries and the regular-sized Olga (a gyro). Her mom ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Olga (yes, just about everything there is called an "Olga"), and I ordered the Large Olga (gyro). It took a while for the food to be served and when it got to our table, the gyro meat was cold, as were the fries. I was hungry, so I ate mine. My GF sent hers back, asking for the meat to be heated. She got it back and it was properly heated. I tried it and found that the meat had a very good flavor. I also liked the pita that sandwich was wrapped in. Still hungry, I ordered dessert, the pumpkin-spice bread pudding. It was a little overcooked and dry. The flavor was good, but overall disappointing. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks filled. But somehow the kitchen just kept dropping the ball, unable to time when all the food was to be ready so it was served hot. The flavors were good and the meals were reasonably priced, but they failed to serve them hot or even warm.

I like this one better than the one in the mall. Nicer interior, better location and definitely better service. I tried the Greek Fries for the first time today. They are so good!

This is a great extension of the small restaurant located in Crossroads Mall in Portage, MI. The menu includes the classics we are used to and is expanded to add more options! The kids menu has good options and is affordable. The service was very good and it was very clean. The food came out quickly, was accurate to our order, and was very very good! This is a great pace for a quick lunch or a family dinner. Highly recommended!
